A considerable amount of time and effort was also spent achieving 50:50 weight balance, primarily by moving the driver and passenger back 12 inches in the cockpit, necessitating bespoke steering column, seat mounts, centre console switch panel, driver and passenger footplates, pedal box mounting, and revised gearshift and handbrake positioning.
